Create a scalable visual system for a new video series that could adapt to different hunts, locations, and stories—while maintaining a cohesive, cinematic brand identity. Each thumbnail needed to stand out in a crowded digital landscape, convey the emotion and grit of the hunt, and reflect the Vortex brand’s rugged authenticity across all platforms while not feeling like a generic template.

To achieve a unified yet flexible visual identity for Vortex Hunts, I first developed a core creative direction rooted in cinematic storytelling and rugged outdoor aesthetics. I built a modular thumbnail system using consistent composition structures, brand-forward typography, and a signature color grading style to unify visuals across diverse episodes. Collaborating closely with photographers, marketing and content teams, I selected impactful imagery, composited layered scenes to enhance narrative depth, and refined each design to ensure clarity across digital platforms.
